I bought a trailer from Beck's back in September and I have been more than satisfied with the trailer. They had great customer service and great pricing too! If I ever need another trailer, I will definitely be going back to Beck's Trailer Store.
Great customer service. We ended up coming back to buy a trailer. We drove 2 hours to get there. My husband thought it was cool that we road around in golf carts.
John Hehrer is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He really understands the needs of the buyer. He worked hard on a deal for me to fit my budget and I'm his ex wife. Just think what he would for his other customers..lol
I was shopping for an equipment trailer and started at a competitor. The competitor had zero customer service and no interest in my business. I called Beck's and talked to Fred. He was awesome. We talked for five minutes, and he said he would text me a picture of what I was looking for and the price. He did within ten minutes. I said I was on my way. By the time I got there he had the trailer pulled up front, snow brushed off and ready to go. We hooked on and then went inside to do the paperwork, which he had already started. We were done within 20 minutes and I was on my way with a great looking trailer. I appreciate the professional attitude and attention to detail.
This place is awesome. Bought a 23’ Legend in-line trailer. I drove over here from Trevor WI to make the purchase after working with my salesman James for about a week on the phone. When we were doing the walk through on the features, I notced that a couple of items weren’t what I had thought they were. James worked with Sara (sales manager), and got me out of there with exactly what I had come to get. They were courteous, helpful, and really all about making me a happy customer. I would and will buy from them again. For me, it was worth the trip, and I will continue to be a Beck’s customer. Thanks!
