This is a great store with professional, knowledgable people....to bad the company itself is not !!! My rates keep going u p and I have paid anywhere from $5-$10 more every month !! I have a contract and cant get any answers from calling customer support that sucks !! Wait time is always ridiculous and I have even tried to call many different times on different days ! Wont be recontracting when it expires --that's for sure !!!
I will not go back. Currently headed to the Owosso location to give them my business instead.
Not a customer but went with my dad to straighten out a few things. The guy behind the counter was beyond helpful.
These guys are always friendly and the staff is knowledgeable and ready to assist anyone who walks through their doors.
I would give a Zero star review if I could. I just went in there to pay my bill and possibly upgrade since I'm at the end of my contact. Well, they sure were nice guys until the second they had my bill payment. The two people who came in after me were all the focus directly thereafter and it was like I wasn't even there! I even tried to ask about the upgrade again and both representatives ignored me completely.
David and Marvin are A1, very helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing is very reasonable at this location.
